This policy explains how 3D Beauty Salon collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website, book an appointment, place a product order, or contact us. It's written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
3D Beauty Salon ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We trade from 77 Stanhope Rd, Doncaster DN1 2UB, United Kingdom.

2. Information we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, chosen service and stylist, appointment date and time, any special requests or notes you provide, and whether a booking is made on behalf of someone under 18.
- Account details: if you create a customer account, your name, email, phone number, and a securely hashed password.
- Order details: if you buy a product, your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order contents.
- Consents: whether you've agreed to our terms, to a deposit, and to the optional photo/marketing consent, along with your newsletter subscription preference.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies — you can manage these using the cookie settings on this site.
We do not collect or store payment card details on this website. Deposits and balances are arranged directly with the salon by phone, bank transfer, or in person.
3. How we use your information, and our legal basis

4. Who we share your information with
We only share personal data with people and services who need it to help us run the salon:
- Our own staff and stylists, so they can prepare for your appointment.
- Our email delivery provider, to send booking and order confirmations and updates.
- CallMeBot, a third-party WhatsApp messaging service we use to send the salon an automated notification when a new appointment is booked. This involves your name, phone number and appointment details being transmitted to CallMeBot's servers so that message can be delivered to us.
- Our website hosting provider, who stores this data on our behalf.
We never sell your personal data. Where a service provider we use is based outside the UK or European Economic Area, we only use providers who offer an appropriate level of protection for your data.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep booking and order records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and generally for up to 6 years afterwards to meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. We keep marketing photo consent and newsletter subscriptions until you withdraw your consent.
6. Bookings made on behalf of someone under 18
Our services aren't marketed to children. Where a booking is flagged as being for someone under 18, we don't offer the photo/marketing consent option for that booking. Consent for the treatment itself is collected in person from a parent or legal guardian at the salon, not through this website — the online booking only reserves the appointment slot.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to our legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mail@3dbeautysalon.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
